Spring Clean Your Body


March is a wonderful time to start cleansing your body since spring is in the air. There are so many environmental toxins, toxins in our foods, and toxic heavy metals that we come in contact with every day that everybody can benefit from a cleanse. In the book "Cleanse To Heal" by Anthony Williams, he outlines many types of cleanses so you can pick one that is right for your body and your lifestyle. The simplest cleanse is the Morning Cleanse that just involves hydrating well in the morning and avoiding fats until afternoon. My favorite cleanse for a "spring cleaning" is the 3:6:9 Cleanse which really cleans out the liver and helps flush out toxins. Whichever cleanse you choose your body will thank you!
