Chakra Balancing


Your Chakras are major energy centers in your body and if they are balanced you will find that everything in your life is going better. You can balance your Chakras with food, essential oils, yoga, crystals, meditation & simple everyday things you can do. For example you can balance your Root chakra by walking barefoot in the grass or touching plants. Dancing will help open your Sacral chakra while martial arts will help your Solar Plexus chakra.
